Welcome
The Entertainment Team was founded in 1991 under the guidance of current owner and president Bill Pence. For over 15 years, the Entertainment Team has been Northern California’s Premier Mobile Entertainment provider. Started originally as a Disc Jockey company focusing on weddings and corporate events, the Entertainment Team has expanded over the years to include a wide variety of outstanding entertainment options and clients.
In 2001, our casino division was launched and since then, we have become the largest provider of Casino Style Monte Carlo parties in the area. Shortly thereafter, The Entertainment Team began an Amusements division featuring a vast array of classic and current video arcade games, racing simulators, sports action games, inflatables, pinball machines and more. In short, “We Sell Fun.”
It has been exciting to watch the company grow into one of the largest providers of mobile entertainment in Northern California performing over 1,000 events annually.

Our
People
The Entertainment Team DJs and office staff are the best in the
business and a major reason for our success. Our entire staff of
entertainment professionals has achieved a 95% or better average
on our customer satisfaction surveys.
We are one of only a handful of DJ companies across the nation who
have used customer satisfaction surveys to ensure the quality and
effectiveness of our service. We will continue to survey each and
every client we serve in order to maintain the highest quality control
and customer satisfaction.
Our
Training
All Entertainment Team staff are required to pass this demanding
training program. It includes many hours of classroom training in
our customer service philosophy. In addition, we require extensive
field training at virtually every type of event to insure that our
staff is prepared to handle any situation which may arise.
We also require ongoing education through attendance of monthly
staff meetings and yearly DJ conventions around the country. This
insures that we will be up to date on the latest trends in music,
technology and interactive party motivation skills.
Our
Equipment
Since its inception, the Entertainment Team has prided itself on
using state-of-the-art equipment. We have always been at the cutting
edge of digital and computer technology to ensure the highest quality
sound and reliability to our clients. The company maintains an arsenal
of music and equipment which allows us to perform at any event.
We use only the highest quality amps, speakers, mixers and systems
available.
Our music libraries are extensive and complete. We have every type
and style of music from 1940 to the current week.
